Absolutely! We offer on-demand Remote IT Support Services for a variety of technical issues, including:

  • Issues with sending or receiving email
  • Malware infections
  • Problems with specialized software (Quickbooks, Office 365, or industry-specific tools)

  • Operating system issues (Mac and PC), and more

PRO’s Remote IT Support costs $150 per hour with a minimum of 30 minutes. Time is added in 15-minute increments.

After setting up your Remote IT Support appointment, a PRO will instruct you to install a piece of software that allows a technician to connect to your computer. 

To do that, you need to have:

  • A computer that turns on and is able to open a browser
  • A stable internet connection

Once a connection is established, we fix any issues you are experiencing while staying on the phone and walking you through the problem solving process. When troubleshooting is complete, we exit the remote program and you can safely remove it from your computer.

You will be invoiced for the service only after completion.

PRO’s Help Desk hours are Monday to Friday from 6am to 6pm, making it perfect for professional businesses with regular business hours. 

Our Help Desk hours also mean our monthly fees are lower than our competitors who offer 24 hour support (while offering the same great service).

No, we do not have a device minimum. We have clients with only one or two computers who benefit greatly from our Chicago IT Help Desk Support.
