PRICING &SERVICE PROCEDURE

With no service agreement, PRO’s hourly rate is $150 per hour. Since 2003, we have helped over 1300 of Chicagoland businesses with their various IT issues. Some of the issues below:

TRAVEL FEES

We charge a flat-rate travel fee based on your distance from our office (5019 W Lawrence Ave, Chicago) that will be added to the final invoice. Parking fees (if applicable) will be covered by the client. The fees are as follows:

  • $20 for up to 10 miles
  • $40 for 10-20 miles
  • $60 for over 20 miles of travel

RUSH SERVICE FEE

A Rush Service fee of $75 is applied towards your final invoice — charged if you need immediate help and have not subscribed to our Flat Rate Support plan.

HOW IT WORKS

A PRO technician will reach out and schedule your Remote Support session. We help you install Remote Support software that allows us to log into your computer and take care of your technical issues.

After completion, you will receive an invoice for the service.
