2. Describe your problem & schedule an appointment with a PRO tech
3. After you’ve scheduled your appointment, download the necessary remote software by clicking on the computer icon above
We will stay in touch throughout the remote session, and you can uninstall the software after your problem is solved.
What is the pricing for remote support?
Remote Support for Business costs $95 per 30 minutes.
We add time in 15-minute increments.
After service completion, you will receive an invoice, which you can pay online.
