We offer unlimited remote support on weekdays from 6 AM to 6 PM. We offer remote support for applications such as Outlook, QuickBooks, Office365, different browsers, and much more.

What do you mean by Proactive Maintenance?

Our proactive maintenance is meant to prevent issues that require a lot of time and effort to fix. To keep your system in top shape, we install business-grade antivirus on your computer. The antivirus is an active monitoring system that is operated by a live technician who has the skills and knowledge to prevent security breaches before they happen. We also check your disk health and space daily and keep you informed about what’s happening in the background.
PRO will make sure you’re always safe and up-to-date with all your Windows, Java, Adobe etc updates. Keeping your software updated is a great way to ensure system safety and stability

How much would I have to pay for on-site visits?

PRO Care members get 15% off on-site work. So, for an example, if you want on-site help, one hour of the service for a business would normally cost $150/hour. With the membership, you are saving $22.5 in just one hour!
