PRO has three options for PRO Care clients to create a ticket and enjoy fast IT Help Desk Support.
- Call our Help Desk line
Call 312-800-2858 to speak to a PRO directly. We will ask some basic info on your issue and start troubleshooting immediately. If you call after business hours, you can leave a voicemail that we will turn into a support ticket and start working on it early next business day.
- Email us
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to automatically create a support ticket. Our techs will start working on your issue immediately during business hours, or early next business day if the email is sent after business hours.
- Use the computer app
Right-click on the blue ‘P’ icon on your computer taskbar to create a ticket or connect to a PRO.
